Our team of experienced trainers has been working with clients for over 15 years, providing comprehensive and personalized support to help individuals overcome depression, stress, and other mental health challenges, and reclaim their lives with greater joy, purpose, and connection.
We utilize techniques such as Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) and voice as expression exercises from Bioenergetic Analysis to help our clients release stored emotions and physical tension, and find greater balance and clarity. Our philosophy is deeply aligned with the work of Sydney Banks, and we believe that well-being is an inherent and natural state that can be accessed through a clear and open mind.
At Aliveness Training, we offer weekly or biweekly follow-ups and tailor our services to meet the needs of each individual client. We offer online and on-site training, as well as 1-1 and 2-1 sessions, and work with clients for a period of 6 months at a time. In addition, we offer workshops and newsletters to help clients stay informed and connected to the latest developments in wellness.
